I have never thought that running public workshops was my thing. Rather, I have been a facilitator, working within organisations to enable others to work better. That changed when I recently attended a session led by Matt Church and Peter Cook, who encouraged me (us) to think about sharing my expertise as part of what I do. So alongside my other services, I’m pleased to be launching my ‘better facilitation’ (public) workshops. I’m really looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned over the years.
Helping diverse groups of people to think, listen and act collectively is a crucial 21st century skill. I hope that these workshops will help a whole bunch of people become great at doing just that.
The first one is scheduled for Melbourne on February 20th.
